The glass frog bead I've worn for 2 months has been passed on to Sabin, a bead seller in Kathmandu, where I first bought Naga pieces years ago. I told him it made me think of our Queensland floods - he exchanged it for an old glass dzi bead from, he says, about 100 years ago.
This time I bought some wonderful old chevrons and river smooth agate. Sabin and I are now Bead Friends For Ever! He promised to pass his bead along, too.
